Your are building a fort for Z-Com and must find the best defensive for your fort. (Fences, Water, and describe how mutations in the plague genome/genetic code would effect the forts effectiveness)
Another good example of this is the necroa virus evolving Drifting Fermentation and infecting an seaborne Z-Com and the story of Z-Com as the person hears the news and the reaction Z-Com makes as a huge zombie horde comes from their "impossible to breach" because it is in the middle of the ocean fortress.
Again, certain liberties can be taken with it to make an exciting story but just keep it somewhat similar to the game Plague Inc.
