Something that bugs me a little: Why is Tutorial not yet added? You know, for the new people?

There are game tips that help walk you through the game, just turn those on. For iOS users that's all we needed, and it's the same tooltips for the Evolved version right now.

Just load up a quick one and try it out, the tips will help walk you through the game.

My guess is that they are waiting till all features from mobile are in evolved till they add most of the new stuff.
Also, the tool tips are great help for now, or you can tiral and error like me

Wouldn't there be some kind of legal issues with showing people how to eradicate humanity?

Dunno about you guys, but Tooltips on casual mode worked fine for me...
