Wow, I can't wait to april come now, principally after the new cheats and Mega-Brutal mode. But I have an question about the new update. How we can access the "normal" brutal mode now?

Doctors invest... The way I understand how the Cure progress is done in this game is that the speed the cure advances is handled by the amount of money each country puts into it. So places like USA might put in $50000 but UK might do $30000 or something. The "Doctor's Invest" is a nice in-game way of saying the $ amounts per country will be higher, and therefore the cure will progress faster.
I hope I'm right.

Yes it is, and I am glad it got more outbalanced during the last hotfix, as in the beginning there was almost no way to play the game on a longer time insteas of the "Gone In 60 Seconds"-gameplay, where if you had 100 DNA points, you were only able to extend your timelimit a little bit by evolving the Genetic Reshuffle Ability, until you'd have no DNA Points left and had not even the chance to evolve the more lethal symptoms.

You're on the right lines - basically, doctors care way more about fighting the disease now, and the challenge is ramped up hugely to reflect this.
