good idea,but it would be problematic to kill africa-they don't have computers.the only way is-drop nukes on them.

Just had another idea for a symptom: Mailru installer.
A demi-virus,that spams your computer with laggy software(Amigo,Kometa,Baida) made by stupid mailru chimps or their clients.Also adds a handfull of trojans and obfuscators.
The owner of the PC commits suicide.
