I did not understand, we have the right or not to take images from Google Image? Because it's obvious but it is not mentioned.

These are not mine, so I don't know if you can use these, but there are some before and after photos of Kiev during the protests on this website: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-02-20/kiev-ukraine-protests-before-after/5272570 . I thought it was amazing how much changed.
