AIDS was supposed to be included in the Scenarios update, but it was removed for some reason. Maybe it's still being worked on.

According to the wiki project, it is "The unused Neurax Worm Bonus icon". You could be right, it might have appeared when a country worships the Worm in early builds?

The neural worm icon pops up when a Trojan plane is available. Transcendence doesn't give you any extra DNA.
