Славяне вышли с Вислы, с германоязычной языковой семьёй разошлись примерно в середине 1-го тысячелетия до н. э. Кстати, в Германии на Эльбе (Лабе) до сих пор живут полабские славяне.
Арийского ни в тех, ни в других ничего нет, т. к. арьи кочевали в лесостепной полосе Восточной Европы, и примерно в конце 2-го тысячелетия - начале 1-го начали движение на юг, в Иран и Индию.
Немцы, кстати, постоянно воевали между собой вплоть до конца 19-го века (австро-прусская война, войны времён Реформации и т. п.) . Славяне тоже постоянно воевали друг с другом (Россия с Польшей) , так что в конфликтах степень родства - не показатель.
