I've tried every plague and a few scenarios, but CDC never says a dang thing. I wasn't CDC to pop up for the achievement Patient who? Any ideas? Ideas on at-least making CDC popping up?
Never mind, while trying to get the Space plague achievement, i got the chance of CDC. Thus i took the liberty of ruining the chance sof the Space plague, and started on the Patient who achievement. Woohoo!
