Any tips on beating this on bacteria Mega-Brutal?

He asked for bacteria though. I'm sure if he wanted to use another disease, he could just use the neurax worm and win in less than a year.

I kinda got lucky with bacteria, but extreme bioaerosol is good for making the few ships that are sent easier to infect.

I can get everywhere infected, it's the speed at which I'm doing so is the problem. I'm infecting to slowly. I'm always getting 2/3 stars on Pirate Plague Bacteria Mega-Brutal.

At-least 1 island always locks down before it gets infected

B A C T E R I A ? just don't touch symptoms until your disease is noticed by blood test etc. And evolve whatever that adds lethality. Huge bet though.
