I have completed mega-brutal for all diseases in Pirate Plague scenario but the Super Sparrow achievement has not been unlocked for me.
I'm running the most updated version of Plague Inc on IOS 7.0.2. Any way to troubleshoot this would be great.

Did you complete them all on 3 bio? It must be at least normal difficulty. And did you complete also special plagues?
