When you're entering in descriptions for your Symptoms/Transmission/Abilities,
and you press Enter followed by some text, it might corrupt your file the next
time it tries to load. Loading only part of your data.
Do not worry because nothing is lost.
Until this is fixed simply navigate to:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Ndemic Creations\Plague Inc. Evolved\Scenario Creator\ScenarioFolder
First, Copy this folder just in case something goes wrong.
Then open up disease.txt in notepad++
do not use windows notepad because the CRLF will not be displayed.
I think in this case it might be just chr 13.
Now do search through the file for "Description" and make sure
all your descriptions are all on one line, if they're not. make them so.
Also make sure there is no gap between description and requirements.
save.
Load in PlagueSC and enjoy!
I recommend saving as a new file after this process.

Should be fixed in the 0.8.1/0.51 hotfix we just put to Steam. Thanks.
