I recently watched an austrian film named "Blutgletscher" , it reminded me pretty mutch of "the thing" and i would like to see such kind of disease ingame.
some kind of unicellar organism which infects an host, mutates that beeing for further evoltion and gets deadlier every time with some kind of crazy mixed creatures like flying monkeys with scorpion stings and claws of a tiger or what ever
in a grotesque evil way. So you would pretty much have to start slow to not get detected and if worst case breaks out... well lets see what kind of creatures will ravage the earth!
