Hello,
i have a question.Will it be possible to create and play custom scenarios on ios/andorid in an further update?

It's something we will look into, but for now it is a PC-only feature. The Scenario Creator is unlikely to transfer easily to mobile, as the devices are not really suitable for inputting/editing data
