Um I don't have my Scenario Creator when I tried to go on it.
And I don't want to reset everything by deleting the game and adding it back.
Someone please help and thank you.
P.S. I checked the general files and it's not there

That sounds strange - have you ever been able to use the Scenario Creator in the past? I've just done some local testing on the latest Steam release and can launch it fine.
Which platform are you playing on, and are you on any of our Beta channels by any chance?

Well I found out that my sister pranked and deleted the file. So now I can't access it, and I can't recover it. -_-

Deleting and re-installing the game won't reset everything, save data is stored in the Steam Cloud. It's definitely possible to recover it
