I have a suggestion:
Interface lab:
You can create "buttons" (an active ability button that costs DNA and can trigger events in event lab)
Custom endscreens that can be triggered by events
Custom tabs (like Transmission and symptoms are tabs)
Achievment lab:
Each scenario could have its own achievments and you could edit achievments here. Achievments can be given by events in event lab
