Graphical error on disease selection menu only present on golden age official scenario. Next to all disease icons.
I unlocked shouldn't keep pets after gathering all of the apes in the world into a single colony and evading the first lab to spawn within that country. All apes were alive when achievement states they are all dead. Perhaps moving them all from one colony triggered game to think they had died during transit.

That's possible. Thanks for this, we'll look into it. By any chance was this the last game you played? If you haven't relaunched the game yet, or you have but you can replicate the issue, it would be great to get a log from you.
The log can be found by;
- Right-clicking the game in Steam
- Selecting Properties
- Navigating to the Local Files tab
- Selecting Browse Local Files
- Entering the folder PlagueIncEvolved_Data
- Copying the file output_log.txt into an email and sending that to pctechsupport@ndemiccreations.com
