Country Starting Ape population = 408738 (central africa)
Outcome
News pop-up.
Causes game to get stuck on pause.
Bug only works when a countries population is equal to the exact amount.
I also can't combine Country condition - Country total Ape population with a Global Condition Trait evolved to outcome anything
Please fix
