I have an idea: to make the city cam images truly haunting, have things written in graffiti (kind of like in Carribean) and have it be creepy. For example, in, I don't know, Greenland, you could have 'KILL ME' painted on the sign or something like that.

They already have graffiti biohazard signs on white flags. Who knows though? They might update them city cams further.

If you look closely, some of city cams do have details similar to what you mentioned. Things like spray-painted biohazard symbols and other graffiti. And if I recall correctly, one city cam even has a person holding a sign that says something about a cure. A few countries have spray-painted words in some other language.
And somewhat related; in the 3rd city cam picture of Madagascar, there have noticed that there appears to be a man giving the finger to some riot police. Thought that was kinda funny.
