Hey !
I play very often Plague Inc. on a mobile device (iPad 2) and recently came the new update with fan-made scenarios. So, immediatly after the update, I wanted to download one of the most popular scenarios (Last Judgement) to try them out and when I clicked on "Download", the game shows a message on the screen "Error: Could not verify the purchase. Please try again later or Refresh your purchases". So I tried both of the solutions it proposed me and it still doesn't work. So, I was wondering if someone had the same bug or if someone had a solution to the problem ? Thank you !

This problem should no longer happen if you are not using any in-app hack apps.
If it happens and you are not using any in-app faker, try to Refresh purchases.
