hi, nothing in my game is unlocking. I have tried all game modes, no scenarios unlocked, no other plagues, and no genes, so I cannot move forward in the game. PLEASE HELP

Delete and re-install the game, verify the integrity of the game cache and make sure you have Steam Cloud Sync enabled.
