Hey guys, new user here just wanting some input on changing (if possible) some of the default pop ups within the game. Im specifically wanting to change the first Z Com announcement pop-up advising you that "Z Com has been activated in #country# and is a group of elite soldiers defending humanity blah blah..."
Not seeing a specific event for it or any obvious way of augmenting the pop up box itself (not the news article which you can change in government actions i assume), I'm in need of some guidance to push on.
