I apologize for not including an image at this time, I am still testing this "bug". At 45 percent conclusion of a cure for a bacteria 25% mortality rate is confirmed. At 50% conclusion 15% mortality rate. Instantly with 400 days to conclusion 'don't ask me how' instant 100% conclusion. Mortality rate 0, instant cleanse and the world is fresh.
I am running two more tests tonight with bacteria introduction from South Africa to see if this is a conflicting bug or a once-over.
