Will there be a version of Smallpox where Chickenpox and Monkeypox will appear in too?
Will there be a SARS/MERS pathogen?
Will there only be pause and 3 speeds, or will a fourth speed follow later on in a update?
Will (some) diseases/pathogens get STD-related Symptoms and Sexual Transmission? (unaccounting the HIV scenario of course!)
Will there ever be Ranked Competitions (with prizes) online between players?
Will there be a Cure Scenario?
