I also find some tips which say that it will help me to build DNA points but it didn't work. I would recommend you to build DNA points organically, as it will be more beneficial. Regards, Lewis

I had the exact same error pop up when i tried to play the game but i have just reinstalled steam then make sure i run steam as administrator and then launch Bo3 through steam hope this helps.
