The 2 things that I can't wait for are:

Multiplayer
(Un)Official Scenarios

Especially the scenarios. I wanna create my own special scenario that is threatening humanity in real life...

What do you want to mutate into the game real fast?

Mulitplayer/Custom Scenarios/Pathogens in Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
A 'Classic Theme' for the oldschool players.
The color palette/customizable icons when creating a transmission/symptom or ability.
Scrollable symptom trees/more symptom pages for extra long strategic gameplay and DNA building complexity.
The possibility to have factions like Z-Com and use them against other players in Multiplayer.
