Barrack Sanction-nobody-in-Russia-cares Obama plays soldiers and sends the army,instead of sending the Medical+humanitary...What is this 3000' soldier army going to do?Shoot all the infected?

In a way it would be more humane. At a 90% death rate they're dead already.

1)Not 90,but 50 death rate.
2)It is NOT humane to KILL people.It is not humane,it is immoral,it is sinful and it is illegal.The USA government does not have any rights to kill citizens of another countries.USA is not a god-its simply a large,overpopulated and rich country that likes to 'take some oil,using brute force'...
