How are you going to handle the popping of the "balloons" ?
With the app you can press it before it disappears, and you can move fast with the mouse. But with the Xbox using the controller to move to where a balloon is before it fades. I guess you could increase the time you have to get to it or have a relaxed version where you just press a A, B, etc.

Just curious.
