Add Water Routes?

I was wondering if you could add an option to the Scenario Creator that allows you not only to take away water routes, but make them. You would have to do something like add a tool that draws the route, as boats can't just go directly to the destination. I'm not sure if this would even work, but I really would like to see this in the game in the future.

That's a really interesting idea! It's not something we're currently working on but I will mention this to the team so we can look at whether it would be possible in a future update.
