Welcome to the forum, greendragonfly52!
 This was done purely for gameplay reasons - I couldn't show every single area individually on the map as it would be very difficult to click on lots of smaller islands / areas, and I didn't want to overwhelm the player. Absolutely no offence is meant here, I hope you understand
