Problem with uploading

Hey. I've got a problem with publishing my scenario on Steam Workshop.
When I'm trying to publish my work I see pop up "Publishing Failed"
What should I do?

I know I'm Noob with this but have you gone to the main Menu?

I was trying to publish with "Publisher" tool from Main Menu of Scenario Creator.
I did this things:
1. I disabled firewall.
2. I turned on Steam Cloud sync.
3. I reinstalled the game.
Nothing worked.

We'll I looked around the forums And many people are having your problem So I took This from a Techsupport guy

Sounds like the Steam ID may have become corrupted. Try unpublishing it and then publishing it? That re-sets it, but you'll loose any ratings etc.

This scenario is not published yet. It's still a local file. I have an option to publish it, not unpublish.

Do you mean Main Menu of Scenario Creator? I'm not sure what menu I should capture. And that's okay, don't worry. We'll see what we can do.
