New Speed Run Mode
Game Mode - Speed Run - Disease type: Main Game
Total time to complete the entire game - finish all diseases in a row. Results include time taken during failed attempts - up to three retrys.

Just a suggestion. Im full of them.

Also if you could clean up the speed run leader boards from people who have completed all diseases in 15 days or even negative one million days that would be great.

Good suggestion! Kind of a master speed run mode Smile

We're looking at improvements to the leaderboards in future.
