I think i found 2 bugs at once, new Zealand started as the only cpuntry the research with 300k money, that was so much that the cure would happen in like 40 days, and also my illness wasnt spotted. It was played in the Hardest mode. All other countries later invested 4k as maximum bit new zealand was able to spend 300k
