Have another button to start in your host country

I see on the pc version that you point to a country then hit an arrow to select your starting country.

On the IOS version the first country you choose if the one first infected. Playing on a small screen it is difficult to choose the country you want with your finger.

So, a start button on the country you choose as your host would be helpful.
