Google Earth ( Real City Images )
1) What about a real Google Earth view map ( Including the 3D Buildings ).
It would look more realistic right... ?? what im saying is that some more dynamics would be cool

Or something similar...

2) perhaps a climate change to cause plague behave differently would be cool too.

3) At some point if infection rate is very high then Israel ( country jet to be added ) would build a huge wall around the country.
like in World War Z
