Scenario Suggestion: Timeless Plague
Description: The future has arrived and with it, living standards everywhere have improved. As humanity experiences a massive population boom, your job is to return them to where they began - nothing.

Traits: The plague takes place 30 years into the future (current year + 30), with improved research capability on everything and higher population on every country.

100~ days after the last Temporal Regression (or from the beginning), there is a chance that humanity will develop either Artificial Organs or Teleportation.

Economic power generally refers to research capability and how good their drugs are. Without any time regression, most if not all the world will require at least Drug Resistance 1 to infect.

You can pick any of your plagues, but they all get the following 4 abilities, all of which come at a premium:

Temporal Regression 1: Partially alters the timeline, deleting most of the last 10 years while keeping the plague intact.

(Removes Artifical Organs or Teleportation if they exist but not their effects, and 15% of the population in every infected country, starting with those who are healthy; the game will count them as dead but the world won't respond to it, reduces the economic power of infected countries depending on many got erased and reduces the year count by 10)

Temporal Regression 2: Elaborate manipulations of the timeline throws the plague another 10 years into the past.

(Removes Artifical Organs or Teleportation if they exist but not their effects, and 15% of the population in every infected country, starting with those who are healthy; the game will count them as dead but the world won't respond to it, reduces the economic power of infected countries depending on many got erased and reduces the year count by 10)

Temporal Regression 3: Fully revert humanity to its state 30 years prior, with far inferior disease prevention and quality of life.

(Removes Artifical Organs or Teleportation if they exist but not their effects and removes the chance that they may be developed, and 15% of the population in every infected country, starting with those who are healthy; the game will count them as dead but the world won't respond to it, reduces the economic power of infected countries depending on many got erased and reduces the year count by 10)

Time Break: Constant manipulations have irreparibly damaged spacetime, reversing the flow of time for everything but the plague.

(Time flows backwards and with it, cure requirements and disease vulnerability are gradually increased)

None of these abilities affect the actual number of days the plague took in the result screen.

Additional Combos:

Insanity + Time Break: Insanity is compounded by time flowing backwards, increasing severity.

Transcendance + Time Break: Neurax worshippers are made aware of the worm's alteration of the timeline and are ordered to construct machines that can amplify this power. Time breaks 2x as quickly, with what used to be 1 day advancement becoming -2 days.

Cytopathic Re-Animation + Time Break: Zombies are conserved through time manipulation and can also anticipate enemy movement. Reduces decay rate and increases severity.

Naja Mortis + Time Break: The ability to spit acid is replaced by eye-laser surgery from the future, drastically increasing zombie severity while allowing them to fire laser beams from their eyes.

Simian Neurogenesis + Time Break: Apes study the flow of time and use it for combat training and education. Increases the amount of DNA gained from colonies and improves combat effectiveness.

Logistics + Seafaring + Time Break: Apes travel using jetpacks from the future, drastically increasing their transit speed and combat effectiveness.

Related Achievements:

Resist the Future: Eliminate the world without altering the timeline.
Attack of the Flying Apes: Supply your apes with jetpacks.
Deadly Dead Eyes: Combine the power of the zombie with the power of the laser.
Million Year Plan: Master the brain and the timeline, accelerating the collapse of time.
