Countries attacking their population
So we all know that sometimes countries attack their own people with bombing runs or executing them. I like this feature and I think it makes the game more interesting; sadly this doesn't happen often and I think it would be more challenging if it did happen as realistically frequently as it would if mankind's survival was threathened. What also is silly is that this happens with Iceland, Canada or other democratic countries more likely than with, say, China.

What can be done about this? A simple update to the likelihood of it happening? I also don't have Evolved so I'm wondering if it's possible to make a scenario that grades countries as democratic/authoritarian just like temperature and utbanization. Authoritarian countries are more likely to attack infected citizens with weapons.

Pleased to hear your replies.

RE: Countries attacking their population
Might be interesting in a scenario. I hope I'm not hijacking the thread but on a related note, I would also like to see symptoms like Aggression actually kill the healthy instead of the infected.
