But infecting pets is really just the last animal upgrade when all the animals (can) become infected.
But that livestock-plant idea is amezing.

And how about if you upgrade water+air fully, rain becomes infected too.
And if you could combine water with animals, fish would become infected as well.
And humans that eats that kind of fish would be infected

But there is not enough space on that page to have it all, they would have to make another Tongue.

I think if they change the interface, can be more one or two methods of transmission.

And you have to choose in the beginning of the game wich kind of method you choose for your plague.

And wouldn't it be cool to have a choise with necroa to be a zombie (and if you die you can choose where you respawn).
That would be awesome for multiplayer.
That one controls the disease and the other(s) will be zombie(s) (with the abilities given by the one that controls)
Same with the Neurax Worm.

You mean that Patient Zero would be the bad-ass Zombie/Neurax overlord, sounds promising as an option, however, if the Zombie/Neurax overlord would die thanks to Z-Com or symptoms (decay in Necroa scenario's case), the game is practically over, because the line of connection would fall and then there wouldn't be any decent line of destruction throughout the map anymore, leaving your pathogen weak against your enemy.
About the plants and the bees, if it were to be Genetic Codes, it would be like a perk, giving the pathogen extra transmissions and symptoms, maybe even abilities for some.
This way it would be more fair towards the game, because traitwise it would be too overpowered. (Transmissions/Symptoms/Abilities)

Yes and no.
I mean that Patient zero (or some other zombie or if zombies aren't unlocked yet, an infected ) would be another player and if they die they could choose a country where to kill next.
But they could do things that were unlocked. (let's say everytime a specific player died, he/she would come to the "normal" menu to evolve the virus.
And ofcourse is that "overlord" be able to go the the evovle menu by clicking a button. But his/her zombie would die.

And everything would be the same with the neurax worm.

I didn't do it! The neurax worm made me do it!

RE: A Collection of Ideas
All of these ideas posted above all seem to point towards one common theme: combo transmission perks (something like symptom combos). Many of these are amazing, but at the same time it would need to be balanced. I will add it to the list as is, but wanted to post some possible combos for you guys to look over and judge:
Atmospheric Transmission: Pathogen can now survive in the cold upper reaches of the atmosphere present in storms, allowing large weather movements to disperse the pathogen (Cold Resistance II + Extreme Bioaerosol, can cross nearby ocean borders in cold climates, DIE GREENLAND DIE)
Wind Transmission: Pathogen can both survive long intervals without water or nourishment, and can now form spores which can be carried on wind to far away locales (Heat Resistance II + Extreme Bioaerosol, can cross nearby ocean barriers in warm climates, and example of this is Anthrax)
Fish Based Vector: Pathogen can now infect fish, allowing for oceanic travel and infection (Extreme Zoonosis + Water Transmission II)

RE: A Collection of Ideas
I almost forget: We need some Neurax combos, like:

Personality Change
Symptons: Neural Breach / Memory Loss / Confusion

Effect: Constant memory loss made the hospeder mean he / she is other person, making some confusion on rich countrys.
+Severity

Kamikaze
Symptons: Aggression / Suicide
Ability: Trojan Destroyers 2

Effect: The destruction on the target country will be elevated.
+Severity +Letality

Infantility
Symptoms: Immaturity / Aggression
Effect: The host begins to act as a truly child, causing others to avoid he / she and increasing the need of a cure.
+Severety +Cure Research Speed -Infectivity

RE: A Collection of Ideas
Thanks guys for all this. We are taking it all on board.

I have stuck a different suggestions thread to the top of the forum, so it would be good to use that one as the master going forward so that it is all in one place.

We won't miss stuff from here though!

Yeah, it would be good if you/we could organize this so there are not 1.000.000 Threads with suggestions/bugs/etc. Wink

RE: A Collection of Ideas
I agree with Jefrey91's suggestions. There should be more airports and seaports, especially in Europe countries. I'd love to see airport and seaport in Poland (my native country) and other Central-Eastern Europe countries. Wink I think Africa, Asia and South America also have more movement points. I also think that there should be more original "street views" for every country (more photos). This is my opinion.

This may works... This may can be add after air and water be more close.
Maybe livestock too, 'cause they have constant contact with pasture.
Edit:
Since we are talking about new transmission ways, how about infected pets?

Damn with all these good ideas they have to make another transmission page.

Firecorn, if there is no space for the tree I know an idea. An amazing one. When ever the tree is full. All the transmission, symptoms and abilities get smaller. And if they are too small for you to click. Use zoom. So this allows thousands of things that help your disease evolve come true!

RE: A Collection of Ideas
And now that the topic back to the main page, what do you think of some new scenarios? As a world without animals ( birds, livestock, rodents).

RE: A Collection of Ideas
somewhat with the opposite chirality? Siberian plague aka anthrax - death from an envelope?

Could be good enough.

Anthrax (Siberian Plague) - is an acute infectious kind of disease of the group of zoonoses, characterized by significant fever, lymph system disease and intoxication. Proceeds in the form of skin disease, rarely intestinal, pulmonary and septic form.

Pathogen is an aerobic bacteria - moveless, large-sized stick with chopped ends. It creates the spore forms out of the hosts organisms - both human and animal are good enough - which are highly resistant to physical and chemical effects and able to survive in the hostile environment up to ten years.

Transmissions - by pets (cattle, sheep, goats, camels, pigs). Human infection is increasingly carried out by contact (when butchering animals, processing of skins, etc.) and by eating food contaminated with spores, as well as water, soil, fur, etc. Disease is unable to spread from men to men.

etc.
