That's how a Crowdin-based peoject works.

Chinese translations are already in progress.
But a proofreader may not be appointed without enough string votes.
Unvalidated strings cannot be used ingame.

So let us invite more people to sign up and begin voting for best suggestions!
Btw only Russian, German and French are nearly done by now.
