You will of course be able to create your own using the scenario creator, so it will sort of be possible one way or the other!

Speaking of which when will that come out? It was one of the main reasons i got the game, and i am anxiously waiting for it to come out.

Work on scenario creator is progressing well, but new disease type will be next!
