Game wont start
I used to be able to play this game on the computer i'm using, but now every time i try to start the game it doesn't start. The error message is
Switching to resolution 0x0 failed, trying lower one Switching to resolution 0x0 failed, trying lower one All resolution switches have failed Screen: could not switch resolution (1600x900 fs=1 hz=0) Any help? |

It sounds like the options file may be corrupted. What we'd suggest if to turn off cloud syncing. To do this right-click on Plague Inc: Evolved in the Steam Library, select Properties then Updates and un-tick the cloud update box at the bottom. Then open the folder with the game (select Local Files then and Browse Local Files...) delete everything in there. Then check the integrity of the game files (Local Files then Verify Integrity of the Game Files). Hope this helps! |
