You have fallen prey to a common mispronunciation and spelling error. The correct medical term is elephantiasis, not elephantitis.
Please update the Necroa (Zombie) "Cranial Elephantitis" to "Cranial Elephantiasis".
I love the game (and bought the soundtrack). It just keeps getting better and better.
