Okay so these are my tips for suceeding in Brutal - Parasite,
First you need to evolve all symbiosis,so it doesnt get noticed,but then keep any lethal or high severe symptoms from evolving,and if you have problems infecting, you need to evolve transmission.Then when you get message there are no healthy people in world,you shall evolve deadly symptoms

Update - you must not evolve ANY symptoms.
