Incorrect default language and language switch problem - c9331c84 - 07-08-2014 12:02 AM Tested on: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3@Android 4.2 Sony z1 compact@Android 4.4 Xiaomi Redmi@MIUI v5 all with plague inc. 1.9.1 To recreate the problem: 1. set your phone's system language as Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Traditional) or Chinese (Hong Kong) (depend on how your phone's manufactuter name the language) 2. Download Plague inc. or clear app data of plague inc. 3. Launch the game 4. Expected behaviour: Traditional Chinese interface would be shown Actual behaviour: Simplified Chinese interface shown 5. Ignoring the problem, go to setting-->where you can usually change the games' language 6. Expected behaviour: It would show the name of language that is currently using for the interface, and pressing left/right arrows would change that to name of different languages, with restartinv the game give you the language of your choice. Actual behaviour: Blank space is shown in the place where usually language name would be displayed, and pressing left/right arrows doesn't change it, with restarting the game after pressing random amount of time those arrows still bring you the Simplified Chinese interface. 7. However, if your phone's language is not Chinese Traditional to begin with, let say English or Japanese, when the game is run for the first time, it would have no problem for it to use Traditional Chinese system language. But users would not be able to select simplified chinese language in such a case.
