When starting the game on the Nipah virus or frozen window you see a clue about what it is Nipah virus, in theory, it should appear in India, but if you do not close the help window and click on any of them and only then close the help window you can play not with India and with any country.
Если гугл переводчик что-то не так перевел то вот исходник:
При старте игры на вирусе нипах или же замороженном вирусе вы видите окно подсказки о том что это именно вирус нипах, по идее он должен появиться в индии, но если не закрыть окно помощи и нажать на любую страну и только потом закрыть окно помощи то можно играть не с Индии а с любой страной.
