It is where we pick users who have put significant time or work into this site. It would be judged by number of comments and posts. Obviously spammers and advertisers would not be included. They would have a chance to influence their reputation and comment their opinions on the person. Obviously they can't write *cough* offensive words. (You know what I mean)
It would help showcase the community and help repetition system come into effect in a smooth matter.
