If a folder is empty in
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ndemic Creations\Plague Inc. Evolved\Scenario Creator
it causes the loading of "Local Files" to constantly say "Refreshing List" without
updating the list.
This is a symptom to saving of a scenario. Sometimes when I save a scenario
it indents the scenario with a _1 (ie: filename_1). Not sure of the root cause.
Thought it was commas or spaces. Will look into it further.
If any user has the issue of 'Refreshing List', simply look through your scenario folders
and locate and delete the empty folder. (with discretion of course.)
