Thanks i have emailed and just been told I can't get my money back nothing else...no explanation of how I can use the remaining 37% of the genes. If I cant het my monry back then i want to know how to find and use the remaining 37% I paid £8 to unlock. There is literally no way i am paying £8 for absolutely nothing. That's why Ive gone to these lengths and quite frankly I'm not going to rest until I've exhausted all possible lotions.

So unless you can explain to me what the remaining 37% of the genes are and where I can see them to use them.

That means that I have literally got nothing extra for my £8 and that is just plain stealing so I want my money back. 

If you want please close down the plague inc account I have right now. I don't want the game anymore. I just want my money back ok?
