If you want to get the achievement Not Another Zombie Game you have to make scientists think your disease is Rabies... But what if you first infect everyone in Brutal difficulty, then make scientists think your disease is Rabies, and make zombies while keeping severity the same (Rabies events require certain severity), so when the zombies finally get noticed and the scientists realize that the disease is not Rabies the cure will be very low and the zombies will destroy humanity really fast, you might win the game with a great score... I just don't know if it's actually applicable.

You cannot get the NAZG achievement if you have evolved Cytopathic Reanimation.
I'd say it would be very difficult to beat Necroa with a low cure percentage
