What does the hazard icon next to the plague in the selection menu indicate?
Also, I can't remember which plagues I already beat the Brutal difficulty with. Is there a way to track it?

It indicates you have won a game with that Plague, and Bronze is for Casual, Silver for Normal, Gold for Brutal, and for Mega-Brutal I haven't figured this out yet, as I haven't actually played and won it yet.
