I was playing plague inc yesterday, and noticed, that there was a vampire-shaped face instead of the traditional "?" question mark icon on the empty special disease slot.
So, I think that the next special disease will be about vamps.

Don't be so sure. What about a transformation virus, or something like that? After all, necroa virus has a trait and a symptom combo about vampires. Also, speaking of the necroa virus, I can't beat it on normal! Z-com always ruins me.
